AimGeometry is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Use the lessons and simulator as a learning tool
- Link to the Site from other websites
- Reference and quote lesson content, with attribution
You may not:
- Republish the Site's content in full elsewhere without permission
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Site for malicious purposes
- Scrape the Site at a rate that meaningfully impacts other users
2. Content accuracy
The Site's lessons cite authoritative cue-sports references (Dr. Dave Alciatore, WPA / WPBSA rule books, Phil Capelle's books). Best effort is made to verify every physics or rule claim. However, the Site is built by a single individual and may contain errors or oversimplifications. The Site is not affiliated with WPA, WPBSA, or any other governing body.
Use the Site as a complement to — not a replacement for — real-table practice and coaching from qualified instructors.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the lesson content is exhaustive or definitive for any specific use case. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site links to external resources (billiards.colostate.edu, wpapool.com, etc.) for citation purposes. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
